I was allowed to support the marketing department in During the summer converting MQLs, marketing leads, that came from webinars, events and e-mailings. This so that the Account Managers could focus on ongoing projects and still realize new business. I approached prospects and, if necessary, scheduled appointments with the Account Managers.
At Motion10 I gained more knowledge about things like Azure, cloud, Power BI and data warehousing. That fit my picture to want to grow and to want to be a good discussion partner for my customers.
What do you really need to be able to do to make the job at Microsoft a success?
After three months, I went back to working full-time for the Surface and Education teams at Microsoft. I also supported Inside Sales actions and worked together with partners. Always with the needs of the customer first.
That’s what I’ve been doing for the past few months. Then a vacancy for a Surface Sales Specialist came up at Microsoft. I applied for it and was hired! As of January 1, 2021, I will be employed by Microsoft and will help enterprise customers with their choice towards Surface.
I came to Microsoft with a year of Paddls experience. If you want to accelerate within a company like that, you have to be motivated, think outside the poland phone number library box, be solution-oriented and constantly learn from what you do. You have to be able to connect people and people have to believe in you. You have to take your role and just be there.
How has Paddls been able to contribute to this? During the summer

Yes, definitely. Expectations have belgium numbers been more than met. The development I have gone through is more than I could have dreamed of.
