Let’s go through the lists in order. The new list I’ll create will be from the example I gave earlier, so we want to extract all contacts that are located in the United States.
List Information
You can see above that I named the list, Contacts spain phone number data based in the United States, and set the list to be sorted by last name in descending order. This sorting is simply what the records are initially sorted by. You can re-sort the records in the list using the column search functionality available in each module.
List conditions
The second section, List Conditions, is where you will define which records will be added to the new list.

Select columns and order
In the Select Columns and Order section, you can choose the columns that will appear in the list you are creating and the order in which they will appear.
To add a new field as a column, you can search b2 c phone list for the field in the search bar at the top of this section and add it as a column. You can remove an already added column by selecting the “x” icon to the right of the column name. You can adjust the order of the columns by clicking and dragging the left side of an already added column to move it to where you want it.
